Unfortunately, we do not organize programs; that is the task of travel agencies. We are happy to assist with any questions, as we have excellent local knowledge of most Hungarian towns and neighboring countries. However, we are unable to take on full program planning.
PRICES
It’s difficult to discuss exact details about bus rental prices without knowing specific information, as the quote consists of many components such as the number of passengers, distance traveled, frequency of the order, the exact date of the program, and so on. Therefore, pricing is dynamic, similar to that of airplane tickets. However, it is understandable that those considering bus rental would like to get an idea of the general cost before requesting a quote.

What is the booking process for a bus trip?
GET A QUOTE
1. Request a quote by phone, email, or through our website. Provide the details (departure and arrival times, addresses, destination, number of passengers). If you don’t have all the details, feel free to contact us by phone; our team will still do their best to provide an estimated fee to help with cost planning.
QUOTE PREPARATION
2. Our team will prepare a quote within 2 business days and will send it to you by email. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders as well. If you need urgent information, please contact us by phone; we prioritize SOS inquiries.
ACCEPTING A QUOTE
3. If you find our quote appropriate, please send your order in writing via reply email. Our team will then send you a confirmation letter by email. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders as well. Until you receive an official confirmation letter from us, your booking is not confirmed. Please contact our customer service to follow up on the issue.
CONFIRMATION
4. Once you receive the confirmation email, it will include an invoice. After payment, your order will be confirmed, and no further communication from us will be necessary. Of course, if you have any additional questions or requests before the trip, our team will be happy to assist you.
PROGRAM EXECUTION
On the day of the trip, at the time you specified, the bus and driver will arrive at the requested location, ready to transport the passengers. Our colleague will also work on-site to ensure the satisfaction of the travelers, as our motto is: WE DELIVER SMILES!
END OF PROGRAM
At the end of the program, the bus will return to the depot, and the official route sheet will be sent to our office. Based on this, we will prepare the final invoice for the tour. We will review the mileage, the number of hours traveled, and any additional parking fees or extra costs incurred. If there are no additional costs, we will only send the final invoice for the original fee using our evaluation form.
