The group travels on exactly the right vehicle: the discreet black Mercedes V-Class for a small executive delegation, 16 to 19-seat minibuses for smaller teams, and premium MAN Lion's Coach and Mercedes Tourismo coaches seating between 45 and 59. Our fleet is young and continuously renewed, with air conditioning, a microphone, an onboard fridge and generous luggage space as standard, and USB charging at the seats on the premium coaches. Our drivers are experienced professionals, for whom discretion, punctuality and presentation are part of the guest experience.

What taught us the most was learning to react on the ground. A schedule can be planned to the line from an arrival list, but when six of the ten expected guests come through arrivals while eight others appear who were not due for hours, that is no longer planning; it is situation management. We have lived those moments at the airport, which is why we can direct the transport with confidence even when we are present only on the phone.
There are times, too, when we meet guests not at the terminal but right beside the aircraft, with airside clearance, including private-jet arrivals: the guest steps down, and the VIP car or the coach is already waiting.
